Eten is absoluut goed, maar t kasteel is zeker 1 vd mooiste locaties waar ik ooit geweest ben.

Heerlijk eten in sfeervolle omgeving, eten in een kasteel is zeker weer eens wat anders en voegt zeker aan de beleving toe daarnaast is het eten heel goed.
Nu al een gemis dat André van Doorn stopt met zijn Kasteel Heemstede. t was als altijd in één woord geweldig wat betreft kwaliteit, service, sfeer en bediening. De nieuwe eigenaren zullen een harde dobber krijgen om deze hoge standaard te kunnen handhaven. Desalniettemin veel succes.
This is one of my favourite restaurants in the Netherlands, but this time everything was wonderful! Sensational food, excellent service and beautifully chosen wine to accompany each course. We thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience last night! Thank you!

On the plate, SVH Master Chef André van Doorn shows that he and the kitchen team master French classic cuisine. The cooking style is traditional, done in a modern way. Clear and contrasting flavours, tasty sauces and a distinctive contemporary presentation complete the culinary picture.
