Dat geldt voor het “gewone” menu, maar zeker ook voor de vega variant. De bediening is vriendelijk en allert. Ook altijd fijn: de flow was goed. Elke 20 minuten gebeurt er iets op tafel, dus niet wachten of dooreten. De amuse met de tuinbonen en de rendang kruiden: die ga ik niet gauw vergeten; next level!
Zalig gegeten in een prachtige ambiance. Uitstekende aanbevelingen uit de wijnkaart, passend bij de diversiteit aan gerechten.Chapeau!

Lokale vissen zoals beekprik die ik nog nooit had gehad. Veel contrasten met zoet en zuur en een stevige toets umami. De kaaskar was een mooie beleving met Maitre Pieter die sinds kort eigenaar is van Joelia. Ik had zelf geen wijn maar mijn tafelgenoot genoot van de pairings. Wat een energie en drive. Ik kan Joelie echt van harte aanbevelen.

The view of the kitchen and the impressive wine collection provides spectacle. The wine cellar is Mario's biggest hobby and consists of a collection of 12000 special bottles. On the wine list you will find an assortment of wines that are the result of decades of travelling, tasting and collecting. The wine cellar breathes passion and you will taste it.
